Queens Park Swizzle

This bitter rum was created in Trinidad and named after the Queen's Park Hotel in Port of Spain.

Ingredients

90 ml

Rum

25 ml

Lime Juice

30 ml

Simple Syrup

6-8

Mint Leaves

3 dashes

Angostura Bitters

Preparation

Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of your glass

Fill your glass with crushed ice

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients except the bitters

Step 3

Swizzle the drink until the outside of the glass frosts up

Step 4

Add your spent limt & bitters

Step 5

Garnish with a mint sprig
